At The Joy of Giving Foundation, we believe that the power of compassion and community can transform lives. Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, we have been dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need since our establishment in 2023. Through our various programs, we focus on uplifting children with cerebral palsy, supporting orphans and widows, and ensuring that underprivileged communities receive the care, support, and opportunities they deserve.
Supporting Children with Cerebral Palsy
Since our inception, we have helped over 500 children with cerebral palsy by providing essential medical equipment such as orthopedic shoes, wheelchairs, stands, and mobility aids. These resources are critical in helping these children lead more independent and comfortable lives. Through specialized care and advocacy, we strive to improve their quality of life and create awareness about cerebral palsy in the community.
Caring for Orphans & Widows
Our foundation also provides food, clothing, and health insurance to orphans and widows from underprivileged communities. We aim to ensure that these individuals receive the support they need to thrive. From medical bills to basic necessities, The Joy of Giving Foundation works tirelessly to offer a helping hand and empower the most vulnerable in our society..
Health and Wellness Programs
Access to healthcare is a fundamental right, yet many communities in Tanzania still struggle with it. Through our health and wellness programs, we provide essential medical services, help with health insurance, and ensure that critical medical needs, such as treatments and surgeries, are met.
